What to expect
Suggested Itinerary
- Day 1 Complimentary pick-up within a designated area is available for arrivals before 20:00 (Huangshan North Station, Huangshan Airport, Tunxi city hotels). If arriving after 20:00, you will need to make your own way to a hotel in Tunxi city.
- Day 2 Visit "China's Most Beautiful Countryside" - Wuyuan
- Day 3 Explore Huangshan Scenic Area
- Day 4 Visit “The Painting Village” - Hongcun. After the tour, you will be transferred to a designated location to conclude the trip. (As the tour ends late, it is recommended to book high-speed rail tickets for after 16:00 and flights for after 18:00.) (This itinerary is for reference only. The specific itinerary is subject to the actual opening status of the scenic spot. The tour guide may make adjustments based on the conditions of the day.)

Due to the scarcity of level ground in Huangling, rooftops have become the primary space for drying agricultural products. To adapt to the natural terrain, the residents of Huangling have built drying racks on the entire top floor of each household.

Scenic Area Ticket Discounts
- Until December 31, 2025, visitors aged 60 (inclusive) and above receive a 50% discount on Huangshan and Hongcun tickets. Visitors aged 65 (inclusive) and above receive free admission to Huangshan and Hongcun.
- Until December 31, 2025, overseas visitors receive a 50% discount on Huangshan and Hongcun tickets (including visitors from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).
- Visitors aged 6 to 18 (inclusive) receive a 50% discount on Huangshan and Hongcun tickets.
- The above ticket discounts apply only to the first entry ticket for the scenic area and do not include other sightseeing and tour items such as cable cars,游船[yóuchuán- sightseeing boat], or景交换乘[jǐngjiāo huànchéng - scenic spot transfer] within the scenic area, or secondary consumption items.
- Scenic spot tickets are already at travel agency discounted prices. Huangshan Scenic Area offers a half-price discount of RMB 95 and a free admission discount of RMB 190. Hongcun Scenic Area offers a half-price discount of RMB 15 and a free admission discount of RMB 70. Huangling Scenic Area offers a discount of RMB 60 for visitors aged 65 and over. All ticket discount price differences will be refunded uniformly after the trip.
