Hera Boutique 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay Tour with Sung Sot & Ti Top

the cruise is brilliant, and the crew are exceptional. Especially Dan (Mr. Anh), the cruise manager. He was very welcoming and made the trip special from start to finish. He made sure we were well looked after by the staff, and made the tours fun & factful. The tours did take you to the top spots around Ha Long Bay, but they were at popular times so expect queues! The food on the cruise was nice, and they were very good with making sure food fit dietary requirements. Dinner was the standout as a “set menu”, whilst lunch and Breakfast & Brunch were buffet style. The rooms were clean and comfy, with a lovely balcony to relax on. Only big negatives were WiFi wasn’t the best & the hot water in our shower wasn’t consistent. Would definitely recommend this cruise, even potentially come back again and do a few more days!!! The tour was excellent! Everything was on time, exactly according to schedule, without any fuss or rush. I was very pleased with the well-coordinated work of the entire team, their smiles, friendliness, and willingness to help. There was plenty of delicious food - a special thank you to the chefs! The bed was comfortable and the cabin was cozy - I slept great. In the morning, there was a magnificent view of the bay from the upper deck, where I watched the sunrise - I was impressed and very satisfied! I will definitely recommend this liner to my friends. Thank you, and I hope for new encounters!

Loved to see the friendliness, enthusiasm and happiness of the staffs in the cruise and the bus. They do take care of everything from end to end, so not to worry. Rooms need to be upgraded a little more. Activity timings were very tight, better to give buffer time for families with kids & senior citizens.

The assistant manager, Winters, coordinated the activities well, and was very friendly and approachable. We enjoyed the food, and we especially enjoyed the spring rolls served during dinner. The preparation for the burning shrimp dish during dinner was also good. The rest of the crew members were also friendly and efficient. All in all, we had a great time.

Highly recommend Hera Classic Boutique Cruise! Comfortable and cosy cabin, friendly waitstaff and entertaining tour guide. Enjoyable activities and delicious quality meals, catered special dishes for allergies and vegetarian diets. Only downside is no tv in room as advertised and poor WiFi signal, but the itinerary was packed well enough so there is always something happening.

2D1N itinerary is perfectly timed to be enjoyable and not too rushed. Basked in all the serene natural sites in Ha Long Bay and learnt alot about Vietnamese culture and traditions from the Tour guide.

It's an amazing experience, we love the foods and the rooms. Your crew are very nice. The places are amazing. Just the weather, it was cloudy and we didn't see the sunset. But it's really good.

definitely recommend Hera but suggest upgrading to thier grand cruise with the bathtub as it has spectacular views. buffet dinner was amazing with so many choices.

Although there was a slight issue with room availability, they provided the best solution, which ultimately transferred us to Amanda Premium Cruise, which is still the same company. A very memorable trip. All the staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable with a beautiful view, the food was very delicious and they paid attention to the dietary needs of customers, especially for Ozil and Roxanne. Thank you for accommodating our vacation.

The entire trip was well taken care of. Before the trip, the pick-up location and return drop-off point were clearly confirmed via WhatsApp, and the timing was perfectly managed, making the whole process very smooth. The itinerary arrangement is very flexible, allowing you to choose a relaxed and casual or a more eventful activity content according to your personal preferences, which is also very friendly for travelers with elderly family members. Everyone on the boat and the entire team were very attentive, and the overall experience was very satisfactory. Highly recommended to everyone!
