Cairo 2 Days Black and White Desert Camp Star Watching, 4WD w/ BBQ

To all Koreans! We had a very safe and fun trip! The guides were very kind! I was nervous about the unfamiliar environment in Egypt, but the entire schedule was comfortable! Lunch, dinner, and breakfast are provided, and even though I didn't shower before bed, it wasn't too uncomfortable, probably because it was dry! The desert was great, sandboarding was great, and seeing the stars made for a peaceful 2-day, 1-night trip! It was my first time in the desert, and it was so much fun and wonderful! I didn't bring a swimsuit because I thought the water might be dirty, but it would have been better to just bring extra clothes and go in once. Preparations: lots of water, snacks like crackers or jelly, motion sickness medicine for those who get motion sickness, and a swimsuit.

Emad was our tour guide and we had a very good experience with him. Emad introduced each attractions, cooked amazing foods and took well care of us. The view and food was great, it was really a unforgettable experience.

10/10 experience. the guides are great, food is decent. You will see why it is called the milky way and why Egyptians are so into stars. the friends you'll make from all over the world is so precious too.

I'm Japanese. I was worried because it was an English tour, but there were many Japanese people, so I got a lot of help, and the staff were very kind. Anyway, I think this content is very cheap for this price. The camp food was delicious, and the mint tea and hookah at night were the best. Below are some points I noticed: Swimsuits were listed as something to bring, but there was no opportunity to use them. It's better to bring plenty of water. You'll be going to the bathroom in the desert, so bring toilet paper. There are no baths. The cups are reused, so if you're concerned about that, you might want to bring your own. You also can't wash your hands. You also have to take your trash with you. It was a very eco-friendly tour.

We had Ahmed as our guide, and he was incredibly client-oriented, caring, and proactive throughout the entire trip. He was always attentive, ready to help, and very thoughtful — even treating us along the way, which made the experience feel especially warm and personal. Despite the cold winter nights in the desert, everything felt very comfortable. Ahmed took great care of us and provided as many blankets as we needed, even camel wool blankets, which made a big difference and allowed us to truly relax. The trip itself was very well organized and thoughtfully planned. Every location and each transfer between them felt smooth and intentional, which made the experience both comfortable and dynamic. It was engaging, fun, and truly memorable — an unforgettable experience overall.

I chose this tour because tours only for Koreans are not cost-effective, and I wanted to talk with foreigners. I was very, very, very satisfied!! Our team had a total of 4 teams, 12 people, including two teams from India, Japan, and Korea, and we had a pleasant and enjoyable desert trip together. The weather was good, so we could see the stars well, and the friendly guide spoke English, so it wasn't difficult. It's cold in the evening, so a padded jacket is essential, and you have to be prepared for your clothes to get dirty. I think I can actively recommend it to others or when I come again. Highly recommend!!

My friend says it's the best tour of their life :-) Mohammed was very kind and tried to accommodate our needs. The black and white desert, sandboarding in the desert, and camping under the stars were all very special experiences! The BBQ for dinner was also very delicious. I was worried about the bathrooms and poor sleeping arrangements mentioned in other reviews, but I think those are things you have to give up if you want to fully experience the natural environment. Sensitive people should come prepared!

The trip was well organized, led by the energetic driver who arranged everything seamlessly. The trip started at the pick up point in Cairo at 5:30am and arrived in the Oasis for lunch by 10:45am. After lunch, we was transferred to a 4x4 wheel vehicle and visited the Black Desert, Spring, Crystal Mountain, and White Desert. At the campsite, the sunset view was spectacular. The fresh dinner included BBQ chicken, cooked vegetables, salad, and warm soup. We sat around the campfire and enjoyed tea and warm bananas. In the middle of the night, we were able to see the sky full of stars. In the next morning, we walked a little bit to the top of a small plateau nearby and enjoyed the sunrise. The trip was completed with a tour around the different rock formations before being back to Cairo. I highly recommended this trip to enjoy the marvelous nature.

wonderful, Mohamed is the wonderful tour guide, he is really careful guide. he gave us an exciting tour traveling in the black and white desert. it was So fun when we ate dinner in the middle of desert and he prepared good dinner.💪 i recommend to go to the journey with him.

We joined a 2-day, 1-night desert camping tour through Klook, and it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to the kind and attentive driver and guides, we enjoyed every moment. The food was delicious, and the sunset and star-filled night sky were absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this tour.
