Taipei Walking Tour: Vintage Taipei Best of Taiwan & Sunset Tour

This area of Taipei is wonderful, and Leo is a great guide who really knows the history and interesting points. Clear English, great tour, fun group, and a great afternoon and evening in the Dihua street area of Taipei.

11/23 Afternoon Guide: Chester The tour was very detailed and the buildings it brought were unique and mentioned the history of Dadaocheng. I also learned a lot. It is also a worthwhile trip for Taiwanese! ! !

Tour guide Beassy provided a detailed introduction to most of Dadaocheng's history, which benefited me greatly.

Sadly I don’t manage this. I got there very straight forward directions but o didn’t feel too good and sent a message. They answered straight away via what’s app and it was fine.

Bessy was so good as a guide, she really explained a lot about the street and its history and we went to a lot more places than I thought. It was nice since it gave us a clearer picture of what Dihua and Dadaocheng was like. The explanations are detailed and she let us do some shopping on the side whenever we passed by nice stores that a lot of us were interested in. I also didn't expect to get some snacks/free taste/drinks as well which was nice of the stores since I heared there wasn't a partnership. Also, Bessy having a mic was great since we were a big group and I didn't have to squish myself to go in front just to hear.

wasted my time on waiting when wrong information was given. plus rain or shine event. I won't want to join when is heavy downpour. luckily the rain stop when the tour start. tour guide explanation was good. hard to find toilet. so better don't drink too much water which is hard.

If I could give it less than one star, I really would. Upon arriving, they said they only provide services in English, and that KLOOK mistakenly listed Chinese service as available, and we should contact the platform. Basically, our group spent time and transportation costs to go to Taipei for a Dadaocheng tour, only to find nothing.

We weren't given the guide's contact information beforehand, and when we met the guide, they told us they wouldn't be doing the tour in Chinese. Our group was essentially abandoned.
