Dining Experience At The Temptation - French Restaurant in Da Nang

After the purchase, I received a confirmation message a few hours later, and a driver was arranged to pick me up and drop me off at the hotel, which was very convenient. The restaurant is large, the furnishings are high-end, the food is delicious, the waiters are friendly, the service is first-class, and you feel at home.

Klook and the local agency provide private car transfers to the restaurant, only providing food. The local company will contact you the day before departure, and the driver will contact you on the day of the reservation. The meal time is about two hours. If the meal time exceeds 2.5 hours, you need to give the driver more money. The restaurant provides a three-course meal with good time management, delicious food and drink, and friendly and thoughtful service staff. You can't eat this in Hong Kong for the same price. But the taste of the food is not amazing. The pick-up driver's attitude is good, kind and friendly. The local company's contact person only told me about the general arrangement. They sent the menu via WhatsApp and said that waiting past the allotted time would cost extra. There were no replies to questions and inquiries, and no replies to inquiries about the driver's license plate. If that's the case, I don't need to book here. I can call a Grab myself. Because it is more expensive to order here than directly at the restaurant. The restaurant's official website said it was full, but Klook could book it. So I booked here.

A very disappointing experience. I bought dinner and wine pairing (4 glasses of wine) from Klook. When I got to the restaurant, they said that the restaurant only serves food and no wine pairing. I showed them all the receipts, but they insisted that there was no wine pairing. The wine pairing must be ordered at the restaurant, and they will not sell any wine pairing to Klook. They said I should apply for a refund from Klook. A Michelin-rated restaurant said it was none of their business and asked me to deal with it myself!
