I recently experienced a Korean flower head spa. I booked it thinking it would be more of a relaxation treatment, but it turned out to be a more thorough scalp massage than I expected. The treatment was customized to suit my individual scalp needs, and it truly refreshed my entire head. Also, the décolleté massage was incredibly pleasant. I received advice based on a scalp analysis, which made me realize the importance of regular massage. Thank you to Vivien, who was in charge, and to all the staff for accommodating my unscheduled visit with such flexibility. I will definitely visit again when I come to Kuala Lumpur.

Great place. I had severe folliculitis recently. I felt relieved after the treatment. The lady can speak Chinese and is easy to communicate with. Cherry is great. I didn't have a chance to ask the other lady's name. I recommend it.

Therapists r patient to explain the results of the scalp analysis and even the follow up questions we raised. It is an experience that worth trying as u get to learn quite a lot e.g. stress/fatigue level could reflect on your scalp sensitivity. They also recommend solutions towards the problem revealed from test results. Imma gonna start massage my scalp from time to time now, hope it works! Also, the head massage is pretty nice and relaxing!

Take the elevator to the 6th floor 💦. They gave me a thorough consultation, and then it was time for the treatment... It was a supreme moment🎵. I want to repeat when I come to Malaysia! They use a smartphone to translate each time and give me a consultation! The fatigue of my trip was relieved, and the scalp cleansing massage was the best, I was so happy🎵. The total time was about an hour and a half... When I went, it was about 8000 yen with a 30% OFF discount! There's also a shopping mall nearby, which is great! I'll definitely be back 😊😊😊

An amazing all-in-one experience! all the staff and therapists are fantastic, very insightful and skilled with the head and shoulder massage. The products they use are great quality, and my scalp felt perfectly clean afterwards. This place is simple and neat with the quality to match.
