Very convenient, I bought the tickets on the same day and received the e-tickets immediately. Using them was easy, just showed them on my phone and there were no scanning issues. The Kunsthistorisches Museum has a very rich collection, I spent more than a morning there. There are plenty of sofas in the exhibition halls to rest while viewing; the Imperial Treasury was just okay, relatively small, not many collections, and quite stuffy inside. If you're short on time, you can just choose the Kunsthistorisches Museum.
extremely beautiful musuems, super easy to just show the klook voucher to enter, no need for queue.
The price of the combined ticket is the same as on-site. The advantage is that there is no need to queue up to buy tickets. It is also very convenient to redeem. You can just open the pdf by email and scan it directly.
This visit was a very enriching experience. The museum has a rich collection, and everything from the architecture to the exhibits felt steeped in history. The overall arrangement was clear, and the viewing process was comfortable. The exhibits in the Imperial Treasury were also well worth a close look, allowing one to appreciate the cultural heritage and intricate craftsmanship of the Austrian royal family. Overall, I highly recommend it.
wonderful experience. the museum is huge. allot a minimum of 3 hours. a lot of wonderful paintings, etc
The collection of the Treasure Hall is relatively small, but it is very shiny, and the royal costumes on display are also very exquisite. However, the network signal at the Treasure Hall ticket check-in area is very poor, and the wifi is not connected. It is recommended to download the tickets first. The Museum of Art and History has at least a queue. It takes 3-4 hours. It’s a great museum. If you encounter special exhibitions, you can pay extra to see them.
It's definitely worth it and very efficient! You can enter immediately by having the staff scan the barcode. Being able to visit two museums at this price is truly excellent value for money.
I bought a ticket to the Kunsthistorisches Museum and the Imperial Treasury in Vienna but the Imperial Treasury Museum is not open on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.And I have to fly back home from next day ,what should you guys do in this case ?
