Reviews
Saint Peter's Basilica was good, but finding the host or guide was a pain in the neck. There were no clear directions. The guide texted me a location, but nobody was there and nobody spoke English. It was a very frustrating moment, and it started to rain too.
The Vatican grottoes aren't that special, just walk through them, and there's quite a lot to see when you enter the basilica. But you have to wait in line for about 30 minutes to enter the building, so keep that in mind. The Pietà is truly beautiful, so I recommend spending about 20 minutes looking at it. ㅇㅇ
The tour guide was very diligent. Although the explanation was in English, you could understand a bit with a basic understanding of English. They also allowed enough time to view things, so you didn't feel rushed.
everything goes well. Sylvia is great and details.
The guide tried his best to lead us to various places. But would be better if he can share more about some artpieces inside instead of a very generic introduction of the church.
my imptession is this is a scam. we arrived at the meeting place 20 minutes before call time. We looked for the tourisk logo - not even indicated if it is a flag, it just says yellow tourisk logo. meeting place was so crowded. we tried sending an email. Email indicated in the voucher not valid. whatsapp no. not enrolled in whatsapp. Total waste of time waiting for the tourist guide that never showed up.
The booked itinerary was completely disregarded. They only informed me of a change in the meeting time on the day of. I couldn't find anyone at the location. They haven't responded to my emails. Does the tour guide even care about the tourists? Furthermore, they wouldn't allow me to refund the pass that I purchased. Customer service also couldn't provide an immediate response. Overall, this was a terrible experience!!!!
