redemption was easy, sent email to the email addresses given in the vouchers a week prior and they responded quite fast to confirm the appointment. Before the start of the session, a cold pandan drink was served with cold towel. i like that they used rubber slippers now which had better grip, particularly useful after feet-washing. You can choose the strength level and therapist would also check if you are ok through the session. The mango sticky rice and tea at the end of the session is very on point too!

Conveniently located near BTS Asok Station with direct access from the skywalk. The place is clean, and the massage therapists are skilled. We visited at night and the pressure was sufficient. Since the shop is roadside, there is some traffic noise. Purchasing through Klook is cheaper than direct booking, but be sure to buy at least one day in advance.

The shop I went to this time was right next to the hotel. I emailed to make a reservation a few days ago and got a quick reply. I had a 2-hour Thai massage + hot herbal compress. The masseuse was skilled, and I felt very comfortable afterward. Overall, it was a great experience!

The environment is good, clean and newly renovated, and the location is convenient. However, my friend and I felt that the technician was numb and after the treatment, we had mini mango sticky rice.

The location is convenient, just near the hotel. The on-site environment is comfortable, and the price of Klook booking is similar to that of the on-site. At first I thought it was a sitting massage, but in the end I changed into a massage suit and lay on the mattress to be massaged. Be careful!

very nice and clean! service and staff are amazing! location is great, just next to Asok station and across terminal 21. however, you would need to contact the shop again to confirm booking. i think might be easier to just directly book with them through LINE and pay when u are there, as the price is the same as booking with Klook, but one step easier.
