I think it was really the worst.. It's not cost-effective at all... I think it would be more economical to just leave your luggage at the hotel and use Grab. We couldn't even eat.. And the refund amount was different.. So we talked again.. And we wasted all our time.. My young son even paid the adult fare.. But the driver never came when I called him, and we waited for 20 minutes.. And we wasted all our time on the road.. This has never happened before with Clock.. It was the first trip I took with my mother.. And it was so uncomfortable and unpleasant at the end.
For groups, it's too expensive for the value. Just leave your luggage at the hotel and use Uber or Grab.
