Eligibility
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Free for children aged 0-4
- Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Elderly over the age of 60 enjoy a 5€ (Tax reasons) entrance, provided they don’t use the water slides (Payable onsite)

- Storage areas are available at the venue. Please contact staff on site for rates
- All guests entering the water must wear proper swim attire. This includes swimsuits, board shorts, swim trunks, surf shirts, bikinis, tankinis, and speedos. Attire that is not allowed includes basketball shorts, denim, t-shirts, tank tops, regular street clothing, and anything with grommets or zippers. No cotton material is allowed in the water
- Children's life jackets of various sizes are available for purchase at Acqua Shop
- Please be advised to bring your own towels, sun hat, and sunscreen
- Inner tubes are available according to availability at no extra cost within the park
- Parking is always free at Acqua Plus Water Park
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
