Lugou Bridge is not only the oldest existing stone arch bridge in Beijing but also the starting point of the full-scale outbreak of the Chinese Anti-Japanese War, holding significant historical importance. Strolling on Lugou Bridge, you can admire the various forms of stone lions and feel the vicissitudes and weight of history. At the same time, you might want to visit the Lugou Bridge Incident Memorial Hall to gain a deeper understanding of this period of history.
