Admission ticket

- Free for children aged 0-6
- Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 7+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Please obtain a free ticket for children under 6 to help us track the number of participants
- Ninja experience is only available for participants aged 5 and older
- There is no refund or change after purchase. Please purchase your ticket after confirmation
- Some facilities and activities may be closed depending on the season
- In the event of inclement weather, we may have to cancel operations. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any travel expenses incurred to reach the venue in such cases
- No compensation can be made for travel expenses in case of suspension or postponement of the performance
- Children/ Allergies/ Vegetarians meal is not available
- Alcohol sold at the venue must be consumed on the premises
- Alcohol will not be served to those under 20 years old or those who are driving
- If you plan to drink alcohol, please bring ID for age verification
- Reservations are required, but seat selection is not available
- We cannot accommodate refunds due to customer circumstances (such as incorrect ticket purchases)
- Please refrain from bringing bottles and cans into the venue
- Visitors with the following symptoms are strictly prohibited from entering this event:fever, trouble breathing, general malaise, Sore throat, Abnormal taste, Joint pain nausea, Vomit
- Please bring a valid ID for our staff to verify your order information . eg: driver's license, passport, ID card (or My Number Card), alien registration certificate, etc.
- Children aged 0-6 years old can enter for free (excluding drinks).
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

- Reception opens 15 minutes before the start of each performance
- Please show your reservation screen to the staff at the entrance of "WARP SHINJUKU" on the basement floor
- After reception, we will guide you to your seat number. Please check your seat number and take your seat
