Good to know

The paddleboard base has changing tents and a 'nature toilet' but no shower facilities.
The instructor will provide the paddleboard, paddle, and life jacket.
You can bring your own sunscreen or waterproof photography tools, wear a swimsuit or sun protection suit, and bring a set of dry clothes to change into, as there will be a falling-in-the-water game (you can opt out if you don't want to fall in).
Please wear sandals or stream tracing shoes; flip-flops are not recommended.
Open water areas have risks. Please wear a life jacket at all times and carefully study the paddleboard risks and observe safety rules.
Please be sure to fill in your name + ID number. We will provide basic water sports insurance to ensure peace of mind.
