Our guide, 小杨, is very knowledgeable and had given us a lot of information about Gulangyu attractions. He is very helpful and thoughtful by ensuring that we had frequent breaks in between when walking around Gulangyu as we were traveling with the elderly.

Cathy was top notch. She makes the trip more interesting with the stories behind. I booked this trip for my family with elderlies. We’ve to walk around the island but itinerary was easy and slow pace to cope with. It would be better if Klook includes the puppet show fee in this package to make it a wholesome experience. Other than that, all are good.

This was our family's first trip to Xiamen, and the beautiful scenery of Gulangyu Island was very attractive. The tour guide was friendly and polite, especially towards the elderly, and would first find seats for them on the ferry. As for language, he not only speaks Mandarin but also understands simple English and Cantonese, so there were no communication problems at all.
