At the California Hotel, which is very close to Termini Station, luggage is basically left in the lobby along with the luggage of customers checking out in the morning, rather than being stored in a dedicated luggage room. Guests who are concerned about this may want to consider this.

The waitress was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location is within a 10-minute walk from the station. Overall, the experience was excellent. I recommend it to travelers who arrive in Rome and can't check in yet, but want to start their itinerary.
