- Some accommodation rooms require climbing stairs and there are no elevators. Activities in the park mainly involve walking. Please consider this when booking if you are elderly or have limited mobility.
- Starting from 09/01, the following disposable amenities will not be provided: combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shower caps, and soap. The rooms will only provide bottled body wash, shampoo, and large and small towels.

The room was very clean and had no odor! It was super cold in February ~ but the heater in the room kept us warm♡ We booked the wrong number of people, and the park was very kind to help us get a refund from the booking platform. Thank you very much! The park is very spacious, which is great for children to release their emotions. There are also some animals to see, and the children are very happy! Next time I have the chance, I will definitely stay in a different room type♡
