Important Notes
If the number of participants is less than 6, you will be notified of cancellation 8 days before departure. Departure notices will be issued within one week prior to departure.
If there are fewer participants, a Hiace or minibus may be used. In this case, the driver will also act as a tour guide to lead the tour.
If you have special dietary needs, please inform us in advance when registering (e.g., no beef, vegetarian, etc.). You will be notified three days before departure if your request can be accommodated. Changes cannot be made three days before departure or on the day of the tour. Only the originally scheduled meals can be provided.
Due to seasonal conditions or the actual condition of the fruit in the orchard, if fruit picking is difficult, the tour will be adjusted to a visit to the Herring Mansion, Former Aoyama Villa Otaru VIP Hall. If the Mt. Tengu Ropeway is closed due to strong winds, the tour will be adjusted to the Otaru Canal.
Please provide the size and number of your luggage when registering. If you do not inform us and the luggage exceeds the reasonable number of passengers and the amount of luggage that can be loaded, the tour guide reserves the right to refuse passengers to bring luggage on the bus. Guests will need to store their luggage at their own expense. No refunds or compensation of any kind will be provided if you are unable to board the bus due to luggage storage issues.
Travelers are advised to purchase their own personal travel insurance.
Please bring your own motion sickness medicine, rain gear, etc.
Blooming flowers, starry skies, snowfall, autumn leaves, etc. are all natural phenomena and cannot be guaranteed by the company.
Please be on time at the designated meeting time to avoid affecting others. We will not wait for latecomers.
The actual time spent visiting each attraction on the day will depend on traffic conditions and the number of participants. If any of the facilities are closed or have limited admission times, the itinerary for the day will be subject to change. Thank you for your understanding.
The company cannot be held responsible or liable for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellation of attractions due to force majeure events such as traffic and weather.
After the tour begins, if it is not suitable to continue the tour due to weather, road closures, or safety factors, the tour will return to the starting point under safe conditions. No alternative arrangements or refunds will be made for attractions and meals that could not be visited or enjoyed. Thank you for your understanding.
Skiing/snow activities/hot springs/horseback riding/water activities, etc. are all dangerous activities. Please assess the risks and purchase travel insurance. The company, its employees, and partners will not be liable for any loss of property, personal injury, or death caused by accidents due to force majeure events, but will do our best to assist in resolving the problem.
