The hiking time was shorter than expected, mainly consisting of two sections: walking from the parking lot to the natural pool for swimming. The tour guide Nuno from Oporto Adventure Tours was very considerate of the needs of the group members. Knowing that I couldn't go into the water, he specially arranged a shallow pool for me to soak my feet. Under his guidance, we also got to know many hidden attractions in the national park. Lunch is local cuisine, with unlimited Portuguese green wine.
