I was happy to buy meal vouchers in Taiwan beforehand, planning to use them locally, but I didn't expect so many restrictions and very unclear instructions. First, the set meal vouchers are limited to specific restaurants; other branches cannot redeem them. Also, the self-service ordering machine didn't indicate that meal vouchers couldn't be used. I tried for a long time but couldn't complete the payment. Finally, a staff member told me that it could only be used at the counter, which wasted 10 minutes... This redemption was done at the branch near Supertree Grove, which is about a 10-minute walk from Marina Bay Sands. Remember to factor in travel time before using it.

I had the chicken shack and shack burger with fries and lemonade. surprisingly the chicken breast was not dry and very well marinated. fries was normal and rather big portion. the lemonade was too sweet for my liking though. overall, quite worth for money using Klook voucher.

the price in Klook is much better than purchasing at store directly so it’s a good deal. their lemonade and burger were good as well! we added on nacho cheese at a seperate cost at store too for the fries!

Instant, convenient, and cheaper than buying on-site, highly recommended! The pandan milkshake, unique to Singapore, is super delicious.

Food took a while to arrive as the outlet was crowded. Be prepared to wait but food was served piping hot. Klook voucher is cheaper if you intend to order a set as compared to directly ordering from the outlet 😋

Shake Shack isn't available in Taiwan. I had it in Tokyo last time and was amazed. Although it's expensive, it's delicious! Of course, I had to enjoy it again this time in Singapore. Booking through Klook was convenient and fast!
