Our driver and tour guide, Bill, was exceptionally friendly, punctual, and very informative throughout the trip. The bus was comfortable, and his driving skills were excellent. Considering the long journey, I truly admire his patience, professionalism, and endurance in safely driving us such a great distance. We enjoyed the music he played on the bus, which made the journey even more pleasant, as well as the interesting historical stories and local insights he shared along the way. His knowledge and storytelling added so much value to the experience and kept us engaged throughout the trip. We also thoroughly enjoyed every scenic stop and breathtaking view along the route, each offering something unique and memorable. This tour is definitely trustworthy and highly recommended. Everything was well-organised, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. Thank you, Bill, for your outstanding service and for making this trip such a memorable one! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
We had a fun day trip with Jay! A+ for the effort to make us all feel comfortable. Jay gives the best food recommendation too! Great driving skill, so stable that I fell asleep many times LOL! With nice playlist throughout the trip. Thanks Jay! Love that we pick this activity with a small group tour, reversed route to avoid the crowd and comfortable car! Ask Jay where is the best dirty chai and when you can get some ice cream! Also request a lot of koala and kangaroo time!
I feel so lucky to have had Bill as our guide. He was absolutely amazing — kind, professional, and incredibly attentive to everyone’s needs. Although my English is bad, Bill always made sure I felt included and comfortable. He patiently explained everything and constantly checked to see if we were okay. His ability to remember everyone’s names — even mine, which is a difficult Chinese name — truly impressed me. The classic stops along the Great Ocean Road were stunning, but what made this tour truly unforgettable was Bill's warmth and care. At the end of the day, he gave me a big hug and even held my hand to guide me safely across the road — such a deeply touching gesture that I’ll never forget. To Bill: I miss you already. Meeting you on just my second day in Australia was such a lucky and special moment. I sincerely hope I’ll get the chance to see you again one day — by then, I promise to have practiced my English so we can share more stories next time! Thank you so much, Bill — you made my trip incredibly meaningful. Hope to see you again soon! ❤️
Beautiful and fascinating 1-day trip to visit the Twelve Apostles. Started off in a reversed direction and all the way back to Melbourne through the Great Ocean Road. Tour guide Jai was very nice and friendly. Allowed enough time for pictures and gave a wonderful tour. Satisfactory experience! Chinese people can also join the tour with confidence. The guide is very nice and there is enough time to take photos. The itinerary is well arranged. The advantage of a small group is that it will not waste time waiting and taking pictures. If you are interested, you can also participate in the helicopter tour of the Twelve Apostles at your own expense. Stone ($175) is well worth it
Thanks to Jay, our guide and driver, for the day's guidance and introduction, we went out early to avoid the crowds, and we also saw koalas and kangaroos along the way, and the place for lunch was delicious, we also went down the Gibson Steps, the vehicle was comfortable, and the number of small groups was well controlled, in short, it was a very good day!
We had a great time on rock-n-roll Bill's musical bus along Great Ocean Road. This was a well-planned reverse route itinerary that catches the key locations in a day with comfortable time to explore 12 Apostles (the key location) and an amazing coastal drive. Bill was great and entertaining as a tour guide, sharing interesting tidbits and life in Victoria like a true local Australian and helping us spot wildlife along the way (think birds, kangaroos, koalas and a carnivorous snail in the jungle). We had an overall smooth and safe drive peppered with scenic views; seats were not the most comfortable in back support but it's quite a standard 22-seater bus after all and Bill checks on your comfort once in a while too. Definitely a tour that we would recommend.
Steve was very humorous and drove steadily. When explaining the sights along the way, he always made sure to let vehicles behind us pass first to ensure safety. The itinerary was well-organized. Highly recommended!
**5 Stars for an Unforgettable Great Ocean Road Adventure with Steve!** Our Great Ocean Road tour was an absolute blast, thanks to our hilarious and caring guide, Steve! From the moment we hopped on the bus, his energy was contagious—part comedian, part historian, and 100% legend. Steve had us laughing non-stop with his witty commentary and dad jokes, but he also made sure everyone felt included and cared for. The sights were breathtaking on helicopter (hello, Twelve Apostles!). The other stops were equally stunning with close encounter of animals in their natural habitat. The tour is so fully packed you can have your eyes blinked! Steve's snack stops were on point, and gets the young fella full belly of chocolate—true MVP behavior. If you’re looking for a tour that’s equal parts stunning scenery and side-splitting fun, book this one ASAP—just pray you get Steve! Best day ever, and we’d do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the memories (and the laughs), Steve! You’re a rockstar!
I highly recommend this one-day tour. Special thanks to Jay, our tour contact, for his prompt replies and notifications—he was always reachable whenever needed. Our driver Michael was also our enthusiastic, positive, and caring tour guide. It was especially memorable getting to know him and the friends in our tour group. Thank you all for making my trip so wonderful!
Everything was wonderful, the scenery was absolutely beautiful, and it was definitely worth the trip. My children and I both loved it and will definitely return to this amazing route.
