Lucy was an incredible tour guide from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, organized, and made the entire experience feel seamless. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe, cared for, and genuinely welcomed the entire time. On top of that, her photography skills are amazing. She knew exactly how to capture the best moments and angles, which made the experience feel even more special. I never felt rushed and always felt supported. We were very fortunate to have Mr Kevin Liu as our guide. He is very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to share insights and the historical background which makes the tour very meaningful and memorable. We ensured that our well beings are being taken care of and able to lead us through the queue hassle free to visit the sites We had booked the tour two weeks in advance giving the agency sufficient time to secure tickets to thr Forbidden City. Driver for the tour is very punctual and safe driving. Car is well taken care of. Overall value for money package coupled with a proficient tour guide, Kevin. Had a great time during the tour. Highly recommended for those who are seeking to have a good understanding of China historical events. Kevin is also proficient in English and Mandarin.

Had the best day trip with the best guide! Our guide Padma/段炜 was super accommodative and patient and kind. Told her we want to do the tour at a relaxed pace as my dad tires after walking too much and she made sure to always take care of us. Also she planned the itinerary very well, optimising the stops so we didn’t have to face big crowds at the attractions. Three thumbs up!

Highly recommend Lucy for any tours you may need to take. She was helpful, informative and accommodating. Our kids asked if she coukd stay and eat dinner with us and were sad when she left, thats how much they liked her.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The tour leader was kind, informative, and very communicative, which made the whole journey smooth and enjoyable. Everything was well explained, and we felt well taken care of throughout the tour. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, making the ride very pleasant. We also enjoyed a nice, delicious lunch, which was a lovely highlight of the day. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

The tour guide - Jonathan - was awesome, pleasant , friendly & full of knowledge of the visited places. We should have started the tour earlier as there were long queue everywhere, despite we paid for private tour we still need to queue in hot sunny day, no fast entry facility. We had to skip going into Tienanmen totally as we didn't want to stuck in hours of long queue under hot sun. Hopefully you can come up with better way in the future.
