• [Regarding Meeting Point] The staff will confirm the departure time with you one day in advance (approximately 18:00-21:00). Please gather at the designated location and time. Please understand that there may be waiting time due to group transfers!
• [Regarding Language] The bus tour is led by a Chinese-speaking guide. If you are unable to communicate in Chinese, it is recommended to book an English-speaking guide tour.
• [Regarding Pick-up and Drop-off] Pick-up is available for addresses within the 3rd Ring Road of Chengdu in the morning. For areas outside the designated area, please contact customer service to confirm whether morning pick-up is possible. Large group tours will be dropped off near Yiguanmiao subway station, and small group tours will be dropped off near Kuanzhai Alley, where it is convenient to take the subway or taxi.
• [Regarding Meals] Meals are not included in the English small group tour. You can ask the guide for recommendations. The dining locations are located in the scenic area and conditions are limited. You can also prepare your own meals in advance.
• [Comfort Cabin Bus] Uses a 30-49 seat bus, high cost performance, large space luggage compartment, equipped with air suspension, more comfortable!
• [First Class Bus] Uses 24-37 seat aviation seats, 1 row of 3 soft leather seats, comfortable semi-reclining, USB charging port, large viewing window;
• [Regarding Park Entry] All scenic spots require the original ID card or passport/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan travel permit for entry. Mount Emei scenic area 1.16-12.14 peak season tickets: half-price ticket refund 40 yuan per person/free ticket refund 80 yuan per person; 12.15-next year 1.15 Mount Emei off-season tickets: half-price ticket refund 20 yuan per person/free ticket refund 40 yuan per person; (Free or half-price ticket policies are subject to the on-site regulations of the scenic spot, please inform the staff in advance and bring relevant documents)
• [Special Note - Mount Emei Golden Summit Cable Car] Due to capacity limitations, there may be long queues for the Mount Emei Golden Summit cable car during peak season. Please be aware of this in advance.
• [Special Note - Leshan Cruise Suspension Plan] If weather conditions such as heavy fog, rainstorms, floods, or severe drought and low water levels occur, the cruise cannot operate. At that time, the Leshan Giant Buddha tour will be cancelled and the boat ticket fee will be refunded, or it will be changed to a mountain climbing tour of the Leshan Giant Buddha.
