absolute rip off we booked the yachr and they changed the yacht to a small boat at the last minute .....been a day already and the refund hasnt been processed

A very bad experience. The worker told me that the big boat I originally booked needs to be changed to a smaller boat. There are 5-10 people on the whole boat. If the price is not reduced, I think I can accept 5-10 people. But then the whole boat exceeds 20 people and I go to another place at one point. The ordering time was very short. I only had time to smoke 2 cigarettes. The fishing part was so bad that I only fished for 5-10 minutes before setting off on the boat. I have bought so many klook packages. This one is the worst and least fun. I will definitely not recommend you to go to this restaurant. The following is a record of the conversation between the staff and me.
