It was a very big disappointment. The actual tour operators had no idea about my booking. The cruise tour by fury was awesome but the big dave tours is an utter disappointment. No pickup or drop as promised. Came on my own by booking another bus and for going back somehow the actual tour operator driver was kind enough and arranged a different bus for me. Otherwise i wouldnt have been able to go back. Big Dave was neither answering calls nor responding on text or emails. They are non existent. Didnt even give me a phone number to call the bus driver probably because they havent arranged any! I need refund for this utter disappointing tour booked with klook. Klook was not reachable as well the entire day. Klook needs to take responsibility of tours booked on ur platform
