Thanks to driver Yamamoto, who braved the heavy snow and took us from Lake Akan to Asahikawa on New Year's Eve in Japan. I was touched! Because the car was booked late and it was the New Year in Japan, the travel agency helped to make an appointment for several days, but there was no car. As a result, the day before, when driver Yamamoto took us to visit the three lakes of Eastern Hokkaido, he heard that we had not booked a car or bought bus tickets, and readily agreed to take us to Asahikawa. Driver Yamamoto was particularly meticulous and friendly during the trip to the three lakes of Eastern Hokkaido. He not only got off the car to play with us and take pictures for us, but also brought bread to feed the swans. When we saw a deer on the road, he braked to remind me to record it quickly. On the way back, we also saw the most beautiful sunset. What a loving old man! Thanks to the travel agency @放心去飞, who responded to my requests these days, actively communicated, and tried to help me arrange the dispatch. The transportation in Eastern Hokkaido is inconvenient. If you have the conditions to drive by yourself, you are recommended to drive by yourself. If you want to charter a car, you must arrange it in advance. The scenery of Hokkaido is beautiful, but I feel the purity and kindness of the people here more. I think this is the meaning of travel! After inquiring at several companies that didn't offer services in Kushiro City, this chartered car service was very prompt and attentive. The driver was very considerate, proactively providing travel information and suggestions, and even helping with taking photos. Highly recommended. The Chinese customer service is reassuring and eliminates communication inconveniences.

We were not experienced driving during winter so we decided to book this tour. This experience was great. Our guide and driver (Matsuyama-san) was extremely helpful during the trip and his driving skills were good. We covered everything we wanted to see and more. He even helped us to make a reservation for lunch. I would highly recommend this for anyone who prefers more comfort and flexibility instead of following a fixed tour group.

I had a wonderful time and the driver was exceptionally kind! Everything went smoothly and we even saw deer and a fox, of which the driver generously stopped for me to take photos!

Plans were communicated via LINE. Multiple people are included in the initial chat to help with communication if the client isn't Japanese. Our driver, Yamazaki-San was very kind and a good driver, and did his best to communicate with us. I appreciated his hospitality. Matsuyama-san was a great driver as well. Both of them were flexible and cordial with our itinerary. I wish them nothing but success in their present and future, and would love to see them again in good health if I saw them again.

Our driver guide is very helpful and took photos for us at each sightseeing spot. Due to heavy snowfall, he was able to pick us from Abashiri to Kushiro as all public transport was cancelled. We were able to visit places that were not in the itinerary. Although we had some language barrier but were able to understand through Google translate. Overall, we recommend the charter service if you are traveling during winter with heavy snowfall.

Today's experience was great, the driver was so emotional! ! ! 8 stars for service/photography skills/chatting style/always leaving the biggest space for us while driving with only a little space. The experience was great!

we loved our driver! He was punctual, patient, and super friendly. Most importantly, he drove very carefully, and I felt safe being in his car. When the lunch spot that he originally wanted to take us to was closed due to New Year, he even offered us his lunch!! After we turned down the generous offer, he insisted on driving for another 20 minutes to take us to a different ramen spot.

With limited tour option from Kushiro, we opted for this private car tour. Once booked, I was invited into a WhatsApp Group chat with the agency to reconfirm my booking and whether we have decided on the route. As first timer in Kushiro, I asked for their guidance but the response was not helpful at all, so we decided not to prolong the conversation and follow the default route. On D-day, the driver was polite, but on the way back, he started driving like he’s in a rush (we’re on time and return few minutes early). The car cleanliness can also be improved by vacuuming and emptying the dirty crumpled tissue. Other than the service, the view was good.

I was very satisfied with every step from ordering to being sent back to the hotel. Especially for the driver Kataoka, who was Japanese, we communicated with each other through a mobile phone translator, was polite, had a good control of time and informed in advance, and had superb driving skills on ice and snow. If the full score is 100, I would give 120 points!
