What to expect
The Shizuoka City Tokaido Hiroshige Museum of Art is Japan's inaugural museum honoring Hiroshige Utagawa, a renowned Ukiyo-e artist from the Edo period. Visitors can partake in a hands-on Ukiyo-e polychrome printmaking experience, gaining insight into the meticulous process of creating colorful prints.
The Mt. Fuji World Heritage Centre is dedicated to safeguarding, conserving, presenting, and passing on the legacy of the world heritage site. Mt. Fuji earned UNESCO World Heritage status in June 2013 as "Fujisan, sacred place and source of artistic inspiration." Fujisan Hongu Sengentaisha Shrine symbolizes reverence for Mt. Fuji. A visit to Sake Brewery, exeperience a sake tasting session, experiencing the flavors of tradition firsthand.
