Luggage Information
- For carrying pets on the ferry between Taitung and Green Island or Orchid Island, please prepare the veterinary certificate; small pets must be in cages or carriers to enter the cabin; large dogs must remain on the outer deck with leashes and muzzles, and please prepare the microchip and rabies vaccination certificates
- For carrying bikes/scooters: only 5 bikes/scooters are allowed per ferry on the deck (passengers must present the corresponding ferry ticket); the surcharge is required on-site to the ferry staff before boarding; please arrive early

My parents don’t know how to use electronic vouchers. The service staff kindly assisted my parents on and off the boat. The whole sailing experience was good and there was no discomfort.
You can go directly from Orchid Island to Green Island by purchasing a ticket for the Triangle Ferry. However, there may be communication problems with the service staff when picking up the ticket. After getting the ticket, you have to have the boat name stamped 1 hour before the departure of the boat from Green Island. We always I thought it was stamped at the port, but it turned out that it was stamped at a place about 20 minutes' walk from the port (behind the duty-free shop). When we learned about this, we had already returned the car. Fortunately, the owner of the car rental shop was very nice. , borrow the car and let us get it stamped
The overall redemption process was smooth. As long as the information was filled in correctly, there was no problem. Remember to keep the triangle package. There were no problems during the three boat rides!

It's very convenient to exchange your ticket, just go to the window a little early. The boat trip to Orchid Island was very rocky and many people were vomiting, which was quite uncomfortable.
The ticket collection process is very simple. Just prepare your ID for verification. It is recommended to arrive at the port at least half an hour in advance. Remember to reserve your return ticket on the day of arrival.
If you book in advance, you still have to wait for confirmation from the ferry ticket company, but the ticket company needs to confirm the date very close to the date. You still have to queue up to collect the paper ticket at the site.
It’s a great experience to be able to visit two islands at once without having to return to the main island again!
