Reviews
We had a wonderful time sightseeing. We saw the Parliament building, The Empress Fairmont Hotel, the Inner Harbour. We had Pacific Cod and Wild Salmon Fish and Chips at Red Fish Blue Fish stall by the waterfront, food is incredibly yummy... we had an unforgettable experience. The flowers in Butchart Gardens are so beautiful. Riding on BC FERRIES was also a pleasant experience.
The tour is well organised and the chief guide (also the driver) David is the most knowledgable and supportive guide I've ever seen. Also need to give credit to the connecting vessel drive Karl and Sam for their professionality, support and sense of humor. The whole tour is an immersive, rigorous and vivid demonstration of Canadian hospitality and scenery. Definitly worth the ticket and strongly recommended.
The trip was very enjoyable. Victoria Island was incredibly beautiful, even though it rained that day. We still saw many stunning views. Our return was very late, but our guide, Andy, took us all the way to our doorstep, which deeply touched us. He was an excellent guide.
The overall experience was pretty good, but due to traffic, the pickup was delayed by over half an hour, which made me panic and wonder if I had been forgotten. Fortunately, I immediately contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly. The tour guide was also very dedicated in their explanations, even though they had to multitask by driving and explaining at the same time. The weather wasn't great, with some rain, but for them, it's a normal occurrence. The boat experience was very unique; the entire vehicle drove onto the boat to cross to Victoria Harbour. Additionally, Butchart Gardens was beautiful, but I believe it would be even better during peak blooming season!
Due to the marathon road closure, the travel agency informed in advance via email that they needed to gather at the Canada Place Welcome Center. Because the road closure situation is constantly changing, the tour guide also needs to contact the center in the car, and finally make it in time for the 11 o'clock ferry. What is worthy of praise is that the tour guide continued to introduce the scenic spots in this tense environment. He was very professional! Buchart Garden is very beautiful, it is tulip season, there are many different flowers! Then we had 2 hours of free time in Victoria and bought some souvenirs!
It was a great day out, everything ran smoothly. The day started with a hotel pick up and were transfered to a bigger bus. our guide Jason was so amazing and shared a lot of information about Vancouver and Victoria. The day was mostly consisted of driving and catching ferries. We would have lived more time at Butchart Gardens as half an hour was taken up by eating lunch at the gardens as the ferry didn’t have much in the way of gluten free so we only had 35min to explore the gardens. Not much time in Victoria either.
A great travel experience! The tour guide and driver not only knew the itinerary very well, but also gave a detailed account of the background and history of the attractions. Additionally, he provided return trip arrangements, which was much appreciated!
The Butchart Gardens is undeniably a worthwhile visit as garden landscape is kinda breathtaking. I particularly fond of the sunken garden because the passage that leads me towards this place was like immersing myself into the Alice in Wonderland world. The visit to Victoria is definitely a must go, and I was totally impressed with the Victoria Parliament Building simply of grandiose Victorian Era architecture. The only drawback or minus point of this trip is 1.5 hours is too short to explore this lovely heritage city, perhaps half day or 4 hours makes it more practical.
Anthony is a good guide, driver and host, he gave a lot of information regarding the city of Victoria and Vancouver, he took good care of each of us, given a good itinerary arranged for everyone, we enjoyed the trip guided by him!
Andrea is amazing... her knowledge and her expertise and her patience and warmth! definitely recommended!
