beautiful experience! so many things to see and learn about :) absolutely in awe of the experience and beauty of the places. our tour guide didn’t really tell us anything, we had to figure everything out by ourselves. he also stay in the whole time instead of coming with us.

I was contacted the day before, but on the morning of the day, I was told that they wanted to move up the meeting time by one hour. I wasn't ready yet, so I moved it up by 30 minutes. The tour itself was very good, and I was able to enjoy the Batu Caves and nature as I had hoped, but even though I returned at the appointed time (the time was set quite early), I was taken to a store that sells watches and other things because there was still time left at the end. I was asked several times if I wanted to go to other things (they may have been kind). It's not a problem if I said "No," but I thought it would be better to know in advance. Well, the price was reasonable! The places we visited were really interesting and good (*^^*)

our guide and driver Raman was excellent. professional and courageous. very knowledgeable and efficient. great morning spent touring Batu Caves, the waterfalls and the kings palace as it wasn’t as hot as the afternoon tour. definitely would recommend this tour operator

Our guide was so cheerful and happy to tell us a lot about Malaysia’s history. My father and I had an incredible time at Batu Caves, tested our bodies at the Hot Spring pools and enjoyed the climb to see the water fall - even if the monkeys were extra cheeky. Highly recommend anyone who travels to Kuala Lumpur spends a day with Ramis.

Friendly guide, speaks english very good. one of the attractions was closed due to some works and floods but he took us to the Palace instead. The falls were nice and we also took a swim.

Overall, skip hot springs, add the elephant sanctuary. Our driver Shiva was awesome! Knowledgeable about Malaysia, culture, history, places we went, and gave us recommendations of places to go and dishes to try. He was an excellent driver and car was clean. well-maintained and rode smoothly. Elephant sanctuary was wonderful— support what they are doing to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-habitat these animals. Feed some, and photo opps. Would definitely recommend and encourage an additional donation. Hot springs—small, can’t really soak in them so skip. Don’t do the waterfall on a local holiday— very crowded. Hike up has steps first 2 levels, then trails of tree roots. You can swim in the pools. Arrived at Batu Caves about 3:30pm so missed the tour buses. Had a quick bite to eat at Daanika Mithia— down to the right of plaza, less busy. Would recommend— friendly quick service and delicious food: fried rice, mango lassi, and paneer wrap. Great trip and would definitely do again with Shiva!

The tour guide picks you up on time. The three scenic spots are all good. Those who are interested can play in the waterfall. There is a pool in the hot spring for soaking, and other pools can only scoop water for showering.

Batu caves is a must do. However the other 2 attractions as part of the 1/2 day visit are entirely avoidable. The hot springs is just not a tourist attraction. Its a good local place for unwinding though. same with the waterfalls. Batu cavest is a great place. The heights and the steps can be daunting but doable. Make sure to have clothes which cover your knees.

Our driver Vijay was very friendly and efficient and communicated well. The tour took us to the three stops as described however we wish we had been provided with more information. The dress code for the hot springs was not clearly described (for females - no swimwear allowed, must be wearing tshirt and shorts as a minimum). The springs seemed like more of a locals place rather than for tourists so we felt rather uncomfortable and out of place. The waterfalls were beautiful but beware - the monkeys will try and take your bags if you leave them isolated while you swim so recommend leaving near someone else’s! The highlight of the trip were the Batu caves which were very impressive. Would perhaps have liked to go to Ramayana cave as well. ☺️
