There's a reason it's famous! I recommend trying the small size as a snack, not as a meal replacement. There are no separate seats, so you have to stand and eat! It's very close to Ximending Station, and it's open late, which is nice! I eat a lot of cilantro, so I just ate it, and it was so delicious! I highly recommend it. And it's cheap with the Klook coupon~ I can't believe I got this much food for this price~ It's a blessing.
Delicious! 😋 Ay Chung Rice Flour Noodle is a must-try! The taste is similar to Miswa in the Philippines, but with a richer and more flavorful broth. 👌 The small size portion is perfect for one person, but be warned - it's a BIG serving! 🤯 We couldn't even finish the whole bowl! 😂 Despite that, we loved every bite. Booking through Klook made it easy to try this local favorite. Highly recommend! 👏
A Zong Noodles is a must-try when you come to Ximending. Usually, the queue is very long because there are many tourists from all over the world, but the queue moves very quickly and you don’t have to wait too long to get your turn. While waiting in line, you can open Klook to order and enjoy discounts. Just scan the QRCODE at the counter. It’s really convenient!
right beside our airbnb. food was nurturing. unforgettable taste. the rice noodles is comfort food. lines can be very long during peak hours.
The price is less than what they chargat the stall. Easy to use, just show the QR. The rice noodles were cooked soft but not mushy. It has a little fishy taste.
An original “Made in Ximending” food stop: a stand-up noodle shop, serving thin noodles (‘misua’ or ‘mee sua’) in a thick broth with condiments. Add chilli/garlic/vinegar to your preference. Just 😋!
Tried Ay Chung Flour Rice Noodles here in Ximending and wow, perfect for the cold weather. The broth is light but super flavorful, and it gets even better when you add the sauces. Highly recommend mixing in vinegar, soy sauce, and minced garlic because it really brings the whole bowl to life. We bought a small bowl at first, but honestly we should’ve just gotten the large right away because it was that good. We ended up buying another one instead. For those wondering about vouchers, there’s no separate line for Klook users. You still fall in the same queue, so the waiting time is the same. The only difference is the price since it’s cheaper when you buy through Klook compared to paying on the spot. Definitely add this to your list of food places to try in the Ximending area when you’re in Taiwan!
A popular ramen shop. There is a line, but the service is fast and stress-free. Ordering and paying are not difficult, but the QR ticket is even more convenient. It's delicious, so I'd like to use it again when I go to Taipei.
The vermicelli noodles were absolutely delicious. They had a gentle, bonito-broth flavor. There are chili sauce, garlic sauce, and black vinegar available in front of the shop, so I recommend trying them to change up the flavor halfway through your meal. I added two spoonfuls of garlic and one spoonful of chili, which made it even more delicious. When using the voucher, I just showed it when ordering, and they asked if I wanted a small or large size. The staff member then scanned the QR code, and I simply picked up my order right next to them, so it was very easy. I think anyone planning to go should definitely use the voucher.
There was a constant stream of people and the shop assistants were quick to act. After paying the bill, you could get a bowl of hot noodles as soon as you turned around. There is a sauce area next to it where you can add sauce according to your personal preference.
