The tour company contacted us by email the day before and told us to wait near the hotel bus stop. We showed up on time and the tour guide was very friendly. We answered all questions during the explanation. They prepared lunch and the food quality was good.

Highly recommended, it was all organized, pick up and drop off at same hotel where the tour started was fantastic, coach tour, the cruise, helicopter ride was the highlight of our tour, looking above Milford sound was amazing. Thank you Klook, will book more tours with you next time.
