“The centre did not provide a refund even though I was unable to use the experience due to missing equipment such as a rash guard and GoPro mount needed to properly capture the activity. This was because my luggage was delayed, so I did not have my personal items. As a result, I was unable to fully participate or document the experience as expected.”
