Aqua of the Seas 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay Tour

love this trip so much and my parent enjoy a lot . superb service from the cruise manager. but it will be better if the waiting period at the port was shorter.

The transfers were very good and on time. We liked the cruise had many activities to do, but we didn't like how much they insisted and remembered the activities, including at eating times or the speaker in the room at multiple times during the trip.

Good communication prior to the trip to Ha Long Bay. Picked up on time as organised, bus trip good with a stop halfway to get a drink etc. Once dropped off at the Cruise location this was very busy but had good communication with the operator. Good transfer to the main boat, welcomed nicely and set up in the room. Main meal in the evening was awesome, staff service very on point! Great cruise 👍🏾

I booked a 2-day, 1-night trip to Ha Long Bay through Klook. It was amazing! The food on the cruise was delicious, and the crew was very helpful. Communication with Mikey - the operator, and the driver was seamless. 👏🔟

We had an amazing trip packed into 24 hours. The pick-up from Hanoi was excellent, and getting on the boat was very well organized. The staff on the boat were fantastic, and the tours, though busy, were beautiful. It was an incredible experience and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This cruise was the highlight of our holiday. Everything was impeccable- the buffet was unimaginable, the room and view was incredible and the activities were lively and fun, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to all the friendly staff on board but also a big shout out to #Kaylee (the tour organisers) who seemlesly coordinated all of our travel plans without skipping a beat. Thank you :)

2 Days 1 Night Halong Bay was great The various activities that were included in the trip were very good, such as kayaking and swimming. The staff on board were friendly and welcoming and we had a good day of rest.

It was a wonderful experience! Everything was well-organized, and the activities were a lot of fun too. The transportation that was arranged is highly recommended!

Booked Aqua of the Seas thru Klook but it turned out to be sold out. Mikey with SST travel helped us upgrade to the Aqua Luxury Cruise and guided us the whole way, from limousine van pickup from Hanoi and back from the wonderful cruise. Amazing views of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. Great service and food at Aqua Luxury Cruise!

Everything was perfect specially the attitude of the staff they were so welcoming they provided special requests regarding food.. and reminded us of every event which was done perfectly and to schedule they even arrived on time... I would definitely book with them again
