great room and view. easy to check in and store luggage. staff were helpful but not overly friendly for a 5-star resort experience. pool was partially shut down for maintenance and pool bathrooms were flooded and closed one day. breakfast included and lots of variety. overall, great and would come back.

room is clean, amazing view and many on site activities. the breakfast buffet is not really as 5 star hotel but they have coffee machine for a good latte. foods need to improve the quality ( rice porridge and dimsum), pho bo and pho ha are good taste.

Huge room, amazing views and facilities. Would be good to have refillable water bottles in the room instead of plastic, throw-away bottles. I would like to see big businesses leading the way in respecting nature.

This is a beautiful hotel. the views are unmatched and I wish we were there during better weather. it is about a 0.5mi walk to town for food. as an aside, cat ba has tons of construction happening on the town front until 2026 so it was nice to be a bit further away from that.

Wife and I came to the island for a quick visit. This island is my wife's birth place and she has not been back since she left as an infant. So this island means something special for us. We were plenty surprise by the amenity and service provide by this resort. Especially one of the hotel staff went above and beyond for us. Phúc bellman helped us with buggy transportation into town, since we did not speak Vietnamese, he was kind enough to let us have his WhatsApp number to contact him when we need to return. After dinner we reached out to him, he responded quickly and arranged hotel buggy service to pick us up. Not only he kept us informed on expected time for pickup, he also checked in on us later to make sure we arrived at the hotel safely. I traveled around the world for work and stayed at many high end hotels and resorts. Service like this is definitely world class! The entire stay was a pleasant experience! Next time we visit the island will definitely stay here again! BTW, check out the coast walking trial next to building 1 beach front. The scenery is absolutely amazing!
