the view of lake kawaguchi our room is so good couldnt ask for more i love all of it and i will go back again if we have another trip i already give reccomendation to all my friends the private onsen is amazing with the cold weather you will experience all here pricey but worth it once in a life time experience traditional for sure staff and great also vgood location too

The hotel location was great with a great view, if you are someone who likes a more peaceful atmosphere, this hotel is great for that. The staff are all very helpful and attentive. The food is great and the room is nice and comfy.

the room is very big with all the modern convenience. we love the onsen with option for a private bath. food are good too. staff are helpful and polite. location is very near the ropeway, kawaguchi station and station 8- red bus route is just right outside the hotel. rooms are with lake or Mt. fuji view

About 10 minutes walk from the train station, facing directly infront of lake Kawaguchiko. Staff were helpful and they offer free transportation to the station. Recommend to stay here if you like to experience traditional Jap food and wake up to Mount Fuji! Note: do request for the Mount Fuji view
