Everything was absolutely top-notch! 10,000/10 for the location, staff, and cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was also perfect and very convenient. The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, and the stairs are quite narrow, which made carrying our luggage up and down a bit challenging. But honestly, everything else more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The room was very good for the price. it was clean, the air con worked well, the bed was reasonably comfortable and the room was spacious. we had breakfast and the lady who prepares breakfast and also does housekeeping took care and effort to ensure I had a good breakfast even though I do not take beef. The staff in the hotel were the best. I did laundry once and it was reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel to any others. It is also located to nearby eateries and coffee shops.

I had to to make two separate bookings for my trip as our travel plans changed last minute. Although we needed to stay only for two nights, I had a hard time modifying my booking. The location is good as it is near the tourist spots, restaurants, salon/spa and there’s even a convenient store at the corner of the alley leading to the hotel. Breakfast was ample and offered two choices (local beef and noodles or toast with butter and fried eggs). The room is clean and spacious. They also provide tea/coffee, fridge, bathroom amenities including hand wash, shower gel, lotion and toothbrushes. A safe is also provided and a hair dryer. I also would like to mention that the towels they provide are thick, clean and very white! Better than what I sometimes get from a 4/5 star hotel in a different continent! The only downside is that there’s no lift and my daughter and I were assigned the top most floor (4th floor). We struggled carrying our suitcases up on the narrow staircase.

It’s very warm and cozy to stay. Very convenient to District 1. Staffs are very welcoming, although they can’t speak English, but google translator can be very helpful. The room was big and clean. Food was great too.

the room is really clean and cozy, also near from the aiport so it’s really convenient. the receptionist are also very kind.

The room is spacious, good for a solo traveler or even a couple. The bed is nice and clean. The owner manages the room well to keep it clean. Although there is no elevator, it’s not a big deal for me. The only concern is that it feels a bit scary if you come home in the middle of the night because it’s dark downstairs and on the stairs.
