Of all the hotels we’ve stayed here in Japan this is by far the best! The staff are very attentive and you don’t have to worry about language barrier plus our room was great! Having a mini kitchen in a hotel room was the best thing! They also have coun laundry downstairs which you can also pay via card thru an app if you used up all your 100¥ coin in gachapons. It’s also near Gojo Station, and few bus stops and just across 7/11 and a few meters away from Fresco and also a Mcdonalds, Yoshinoya and Coco just around the corner. Location is everything but it doesn’t mean that it’s loud or crowded for I get peaceful rest here after a while day of exploring. Will definitely book this again if I’m in Kyoto next year.
