I was dissatisfied with the receptionist; his English was poor, and he had a shifty, insolent attitude. The second person was a male staff member during breakfast who displayed a condescending attitude and showed favoritism toward white people. You should remember that you (and your family) are Asian, too.

Highly recommended hotel due to its convenient location—just a few minutes’ walk from Hiroshima Station. The room size was larger than the usual Japanese standard, clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities you need. Lastly great selection for breakfast.

Very friendly staff that greets you upon entering and exiting. The room we had is the biggest we've seen so far in Japan. I chose to only have my towels changed and i came back to a bag of new towels and toiletries including water and coffee. I didn't expected that because I didn't get new supplies at previous hotels. Thanks RPH, you've exceeded my expectations.

The location is a short walk to Hiroshima Station, Shukkien Garden and Imperial Palace. Staff are helpful, the room is very clean and has all the amenities.

We had a lovely stay at The Royal Park, friendly staff greeted us as we came in to do our check in. they spoke English very clearly which is never expected but always appreciated. The room overlooked the river which was a beautiful view to fall asleep and wake up to. Everything was clean and tidy. they had the beds pushed together which we really appreciated seeing as it's never guaranteed. Breakfast the next day was delicious and constantly looked after by a few staff members. I recommend staying here and enjoying a few days in this beautiful city. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!
