I had an ensuite room. It was satisfactory for the price, just not very comfortable bed. Check in was painful as the check in card was not activated.

I want a refund we did not stay. Seedy people hanging around. There was no welcome and the lady did not even raise the grill up to book us in. A refund please?

Rooms are clean. Spacious kitchen and lounge room. About a 15-20min walk to central Auckland downtown. The walk could be physically demanding for most. (Hills) …. The location of this place is great. It’s along a street with lots of vintage shops, clothing stores, bars and restaurants. Metro station is very close by but wasn’t operating while I was there. Bus stops right outside the door.

For leisure

Check in was fast and easy, front desk staff were friendly. Bunks were comfortable and bathrooms were good. Walls are paper thin, so you hear lots of noise from inside and from outside.
