We had a great stay in Sapa Vista Hotel. The service were good and the staff are very friendly and accomodating. They helped us with our queries and needs. They also gave us a room with a better view. The breakfast buffet are really good. They served asian and western food which are good especially for tourist with preferences. service: 10/10 hotel location: 9/10 transport access: 9/10 breakfast: 10/10 cleanliness: 10/10

I recommend this hotel! if you want to go in Sapa . The receptionist so nice and other staff. When I come back here in Sapa I'm sure I will stay there again

Sapa Vista Hotel is an excellent choice. I really like the place; it is also smart. When you go outside, you can see the beautiful view. Right in front of your window, you can see the funicular going back and forth. The staff were also nice and good at speaking English. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Sapa Vista Hotel.

the staff were really good especially the lady in the front desk. she helped us with our bookings in Fansipan and Rong May. though she's not at work, she still answered my call so she could help us with our tickets. very helpful. the food was also good. the place is also truly near to differencet tourist spots in sapa :)

Accommodating staff, help us rearrange our tours and amenities like spa to relax. For its cost, I think it is worth it. Near to many landmarks. As improvement, I suggest to further enhance their facilities to be more appealing.

Walking distance to Sapa Station, a little hike going up but manageable. The facilities were a bit old, only one light bulb in the room so its kinda dark. You can open the curtains though you will be seen outside especially in the lower floors. Experience were just ok.
