This hotel is quite good. Rooms are spacious. I find many Filipinos stayed there during my visit in Sapa. it is inbthe center and close to Sun Plaza. The breafast was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Phuong Nam Hotel! We booked two different rooms, one with a mountain view and one without, and we particularly loved the room without the mountain view as it looked newly constructed. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Mr. Dũng. He was always helpful and greeted us with a big smile. He even went out of his way to assist us with our rather heavy luggage. Don’t forget to show him your appreciation, as he truly deserves it! The breakfast buffet also had a good selection of food, and I especially loved their carbonara. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Phuong Nam Hotel to anyone visiting Sa Pa!

Joseph the owner is very accomodating and funny. The rooms are outdated but very clean. Housekeeping is also did a good job for refilling out water bottles and changing our towels.

The staff was so accommodating and very helpful. The location of the hotel was walking distance from sun plaza. The room was so good and the free breakfast was good especially the fried egg. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
