we booked the family room at the top floor of the hotel which was very spacious and cozy. they clean the rooms daily which is very nice! the staff at the lobby were nice too! i just wish the breakfast buffet change menu because its all the same options everyday hehe. tho the food was good!

My friends and I had a great stay at Sapa Centre Hotel! The breakfast was great, with a good selection of food, and we really enjoyed it. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, as it is near Sapa Station, making it easy to get around and explore Sapa. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Highly recommended!

The overall experience is very good. The staff and the front desk are helpful. The manager is very hands-on and even recommended us a good spa massage nearby. The crew can also speak the Filipino language. They are very welcoming and bubbly. Definitely work your penny.
