the hotel needs some renovation. the bathroom needs a separation from toilet and bath. the floors in the bathroom is always wet bec theres no separation. BREAKFAST should have variety not the same everyday. we were there for 4 days havingvthe same breakfast. location was good.

We really enjoyed our stay in Vietnam despite some flaws along the way. We got the location we wanted, monorail spot and mountain view. Thanks for the good weather as well. The breakfast was simple but had a variety of options to choose from. Good thing was a breakfast with a mountain view. The staff were responsive and willing to help. They even assisted us in communicating with our Grab driver, which was a big help. Our only disappointment was that the swimming pool was not ready to accomodate guests during our stay. Hopefully, it will be available and fully operational. That is one reason why we considered to book this hotel. Aside from the comfort and beautiful views, we were looking forward to enjoying the amenities during our stay. Overall , we had a pleasant stay.

the 1st night had a power outage but still okay, The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

good hotel, accessible and great staff

if you’re looking for a good hotel with the best sapa views at a good budget, this is the best place to go. the staff are also really kind and helpful

"I highly recommend staying at Joville Sapa Hotel! We were incredibly lucky to get a room upgrade, and the space was remarkably large, spotlessly clean, and comfortable.A massive lifesaver for me was the fast, high-speed Wi-Fi (clocking in at over 50 Mbps!), which was perfect since I was traveling on a limited eSIM mobile data plan. As a picky eater, I was also very pleased with the dining options—the food here is genuinely good and very edible!The hotel staff is wonderfully nice, accommodating, and welcoming. Best of all, the view of the Fansipan monorail train passing by the property is completely underrated, unique, and beautiful to watch. It is the perfect central base near Sun Plaza for exploring Sa Pa. I would absolutely stay here again!
