Very nice hotel, more aimed towards serious travellers. Nothing wrong with that! The best are a bit low and the pillows are very soft. Breakfast was okay, we really enjoyed the pancake machine and the big selection of fruits, cereal, juices and teas. Location is also convenient — bus station is around the corner that can take you to all the Hotspots, a lot of great restaueants nearby as well as a 7/11 right across the street! it's very close to Kyoto Station so if you are arriving via train or bus, it's a 5 - 10 minut to your hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel and an excellent place to stay. It was very clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke English, which made everything easy and comfortable. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities and more. The location is fantastic—about an 8-minute walk from Kyoto Station. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and there’s a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel for added convenience. You’ll also find several nearby bus stops, which is especially helpful since buses are a very common way to get around Kyoto compared to Tokyo. The onsen was also very nice and clean, adding to the overall relaxing experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent customer service, spoke English perfectly, and check in was smooth. Great location and convenient to Kyoto Station. Very clean and free laundry and onsen was a perk. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
