Solid hotel in the heart of Kyoto. Prime location close to Gion, Nishiki Market, various department stores and shopping streets. Many nearby bus and train stops which take you anywhere else. Front desk staff are very helpful and nice. Room is clean and well-lit. But laundry machine does NOT dry your clothes, even with a small load.

I had a great time during my stay here, overall experience is great except for the only downsize is they offer self clean if you stay up to 3nights, and I am having trouble to keep the room clean from the small waste like fallen hair and paper. I wish they provide a small handy vacuum cleaner si we could clean up our room by ourselves

This hotel had easy access to the bus station and was within a 10 minute walking distance from Nishiki market. They also offered luggage delivery services (for an extra fee) which is extremely helpful if you’re going to another hotel after!

The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was exactly like the photos. There was enough room for us to open up two luggage. Very convenient as there are self-service washing machine within the hotel. Location was fabulous, very near to all the tourist spots.

everything is perfect the location and the room is just about right. not too far from the train station (Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae) for bambo sightseeing. Also, near Nanaya Kyoto Sanjo Shop where you can buy good macha tea
