Very helpful front desk agents and excellent restaurant service. The breakfast and dining buffet food is excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms and service of hsk and maintence were very responsive when we had a issue with our blow dryer. Great service overall!

Had a very pleasant stay. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping did a great job—rooms were clean and well maintained, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The buffet breakfast was good and definitely value for money. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming, the rooms are tidy and smells good, everything here are well maintained and we love the breakfast buffet and pool at night. Thank you Mandarin Bay for our 3 nights and 4 day's awesome stay We'll definitely come back again.

Great hotel from check in to check out. They held my sister's bag while waiting for check in. Also, they upgraded our room to one with a nice view of the pool side. Good breakfast spread, quiet beach and nice hotel overall.
