We originally booked a King Deluxe room. However, since we were unable to use the stairs, the hotel staff kindly accommodated our request and transferred us to a room on the second floor. We truly appreciated their willingness to assist and make our stay more comfortable. The hotel also allowed us to check in one hour earlier than the standard check-in time, which was a huge help after a long and tiring journey. That thoughtful gesture made a great first impression and gave us a chance to rest right away. Breakfast was included with our stay, which we appreciated. However, there were no menu options or variety to choose from, so we hope the hotel can improve this aspect in the future by offering guests more breakfast choices. Overall, while there are still several areas that could be improved, such as the breakfast selection and some of the facilities or services, our overall experience was good.

Golden Phoenix in Boracay is a wonderfully cozy place that immediately feels like a home away from home. Its prime location near the beach makes catching those stunning island sunsets effortless. The free breakfast buffet is a fantastic perk, offering a delicious and fueling start to every morning. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the incredibly accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to help me resolve some stressful booking issues for my return flight, even letting me use their personal computer to sort it out. I highly recommend staying here for outstanding, genuine service!

Overall, our experience was okay since we were looking for a hotel near the beach area. The pool for kids was perfect, but the elevator was not working. I hope they fix their elevator soon.

The room was spacious and beautiful! Staff are helpful and friendly. We loved the pool as well. Wifi was also fast, we were able to work. The only thing that was disappointing was the restaurant - inasal was not cooked properly, water served has a weird taste (even the sinigang), and breakfast buffet has limited choices. Also, not all rooms have smart TV ( we booked 2 rooms, the other one only has an old TV). Still enjoyed out stay. Hope they'll improve based on the feedback provided.
