Parkroyal has always been my number one choice in Penang. Love the ambience, friendly and helpful staff, large garden, large pool and chill areas! To my suprise, they provided a complimentary chocolate birthday cake when you requested with balloons without any charges! I used Klook for booking without any issues. Paid only the tax city of RM6 for 2 nights. No deposit required (depending on site staff), it’s awesome!

Our 4D3N stay at Lexis Suites Penang was truly memorable! The executive pool suite was clean, cozy, and the private pool made the experience even more special. The breakfast buffet had a great spread, and all the staff were polite and attentive. The sea view from the balcony was beautiful, especially during sunset. Highly recommended for couples or family trips - will surely come back again! cleanliness: The room was super clean and well-maintained! The private pool and bathroom were spotless, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job every day. Really satisfied with the cleanliness and overall stay.♥️

check in queue was not many but still slow. perhaps due to the staff giving a proper introduction of the hotel facilities and answering all the questions customer may have. been a regular customer before, overall it was nice to hang out within hotel without needs to go out.

The hotel environment is very good, with complete facilities. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel pool has a water slide, suitable for families to have fun together. The pool is connected to the beach, allowing direct access from the hotel pool to the beach. The overall layout of the hotel is comfortable and beautiful, making people feel very relaxed and pleasant. There are also many restaurants and bars near the hotel, which is very convenient.

very nice hotel for weekend staycation.the room come with the bath tub so the kids can enjoy it. just that the hotel car park is too high floor where you have to drive until 7th floor for the hotel car park. the hotel breakfast are average and serve a lot local food. overall, happy with the stay.

From the receptionist to housekeeping, the staff's service were really good. Seems like they are working together very well to bring out the best experience during our stay. Staff who did our check in both work their best to get us the room desirable to our needs and we really appreciate it. The house keeping that did our room 2102 that day made a drawing welcoming us to the room. now that's an effort. Whoever did that deserves to get a good review. The staffs at the restaurant was so helpful. eventhough it's not breakfast time, when we requested hot water, she immediately fill up my thermos without any charges. Well, overall, we love this hotel. The location was superb with a very nice view of the port! Hope we can come again!

Huge adult pool and 2 kids pool (one with slides) Breakfast was so amazing, various kind of selections. The hotel is a bit secluded on the way to Batu Ferringgi. Overall it was a nice stay!
