perfect view, very nice and friendly staff, I just thought the breakfast would be a buffet but it was good ..

Fantastic! The room was huge, and the temperature of the open-air onsen on the terrace was perfect. I wish we had more time; staying for two nights would have been even better. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the Japanese-style cuisine suited our taste perfectly. The kids loved it too. The premium lounge had a great selection of drinks, which was a nice touch. The hotel is relatively close to both Kinosaki Station and Izu-Kogen Station. I recommend taking a taxi because, although the distance isn't far, it's all uphill, which can be tiring, especially with children. Taxis to Mt. Omuro, the zoo, the suspension bridge, and the seaside shops are very convenient. I couldn't register for GO, but DiDi International worked great. For the return trip, there are usually taxis waiting in the parking area, so you can just hop in. However, we couldn't get a taxi when we came back late from the zoo, but luckily, there were extra buses running that day. We took a bus to the Mt. Omuro bus station and then back to Izu-Kogen, and from there, we took a taxi back to the hotel.
